A trip to Code 6 rehearsal!

The newly solo artist Joy K who's recent band Tragic Love Story has disbanded due to creative differences. Mass Transit Records has signed solo artist Joy K who will carry on her project under the same name of Tragic Love Story. look for the echoes of a butterfly 6 song EP with a bonus collaboration track to be released in sometime in the fall of 2012. Today Joy K. of TLS and MTA of Mass Transit Records visited the long island city rehearsal and recording studio of New York's Code 6... With a sneak peek of The boyz of Code 6 rehearsal for their June 29th 2012 show @ THE Arena in Queens NY we got a prelude to the shredding killer sounds and vocals that Code 6 has long brought to the NY music scene! Don't forget the mass transit records show @ club 47 on June 2nd, 2012. doors open @ 9pm! Seconds to impact have replace Tragic Love Story. will we be announcing @ more bands in next few days.

Mass Transit Records!

MTA Productions has opened an independent record label named Mass transit Records. This has been a long time coming for owner MTA who has been in and out off the music scene trying to decide where he wanted to put his best efforts forward. Mass Transit Records is an indie label which provides management, promotions, bookings, merchandising, marketing, social networking, artwork, website development and access to our Private Recording Studio which is exclusively for use of the bands, musicians who have signed with Mass Transit Records. Our Studio has the latest in computer technology, music software and hardware capable of giving our clients a finished product. Our Labels website will be launched in summer of 2012 so stay tuned for that. We will also be announcing dates for events hosted by MTA Productions sometime soon... look for first event to be sometime in May 2012. If you know a band or Musician that has professional talent and needs great representation let me know and I will go see them perform, meet with them after or in a recoding studio of their choice to see them and if they are good enough and can agree to terms we will have them join the Mass Transit Records Team! -MTA
